The dashboard is updated with data from your practice management software (Cliniko/Nookal) every hour, while for XERO data it is updated monthly.
We handle all payments securely by Paddle, for monthly and yearly subscriptions. It accepts any major credit or debit card, Paypal etc.
Yes, we can offer additional logins for managers/practitioners where they have access to data concerning their performance. Reach out for more.
The Tax (i.e. VAT, GST etc.) where applicable, will be automatically charged on top of the prices you see here. Where possible, you will have the option to enter a Tax ID at the point of purchase which will exempt the purchase from a sales tax charge.
If you delete your account and thereby cancel your subscription, all your data will be deleted within 3 days. Data outside the available filter range within Free, Mega, Giga account subscriptions are deleted.
